Dar-es-Salaam and Iringa Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Dar es Salaam to Selous game reserve

After breakfast, then introduction from our stuffs you will be picked up from your hotel/Airport in Dar es Salaam drive to Selous game reserve which is almost (218.6 km) approximates 6 hours driving, arrive at Hippo camp in time for lunch. Enjoy evening boat safari and overnight at Hippo camp.

Day 2

Game drive in Selous game reserve

After breakfast in the morning with your lunch boxes enjoy full day game inside the game reserve, great animal sightings including all the great favorites lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and all the other major species like hunting dogs and birds in the afternoon after lunch then proceed with the game drive until evening and overnight at the Hippo camp.

Day 3

Selous to Iringa town

After breakfast early in the morning from Selous game reserve by Jeep drive direct to Iringa town with lunch boxes via Morogoro town, you will be passing though country side and have nice scenery and beautiful valleys and mountains. You will be having your lunch mid way, due to long drive from Selous to Ruaha you will be arrive at night in Iringa town you will be at staying in the Alexander Hotel.

Day 4

Game drive in Ruaha national park

After breakfast from lodge enjoy a full day game drive with packed lunch provided, nice view of Ruaha river valley, great animals sightings like Kudu, wildebeests, elephants, zebra, lions, hippos, hartebeest, impala, antelope, giraffe, buffalo and many of them overnight at Hilltop lodge.

Day 5

Game drive and walking safari in Ruaha national park

Another full day game drives with packed lunch boxes. Enjoy half day game drive and during lunch during late afternoon you will doing 3 hours walking and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6

Ruaha to Dar es Salaam

After breakfast with your lunch boxes drive back to Dar es Salaam, 8 hours driving arrive in night to your hotel.
